The point I am trying to make here is that you can use your anger constructively by investing in towards worthwhile and noble pursuits instead of allowing your emotions to supersede your reason and acting out in a violent or aggressive manner. You could think of anger as a resource that you can channel and harness to embolden and empower your efforts to precipitate a global incel revolution. I realized a long time ago that mass shootings, stabbings or even Jihad operations are not the most efficacious or expedient means of advancing our ideology or objectives. Violence and criminality of any sort will merely result in heightened scrutiny from law enforcement and will disenfranchise and alienate any potential normie-adjacent supporters we may otherwise have gained.

I used to drink excessively and was beginning to experience signs of kidney damage despite only being in my early 30's and I have since greatly reduced my intake for the sake of my long term health and wellbeing. I cope with music and porn and YouTube and food and soda but even the prescription drugs I've been given do not full take the anxious and paranoid edge off only reducing it.

I too avail myself of porn and PC games which I have spent a majority of my life playing and mastering to a level of incomparable skill. Since I have been unemployed or under employed for so much of my life, notwithstanding my having a Juris Doctorate degree (I am a lawyer), I have dedicated much of my time to attaining a level of expertise and proficiency in most Steam games that is rarely seen even in proper basement dwellers. This confers a sense of personal pride and makes me elite, albeit in a category of skill that only matters to incels. Other copes that have worked for me have been gymmaxxing and using Benzodiazepines but only when necessary.

I personally don't go that far but my dad keeps complaining about my teeth because I drink soda but I will never stop drinking soda because it's cheap and tastes good even if it rots my teeth slowly.
