I have honestly been giving some thought to having you step into a role more comparable to that of what Sumzero had been doing as I'm not entirely sure how much time he is going to be able to continue to allocate to the movement. You'll have to learn video editing skills and be able to competently manage our YT channel but we may need to consider this as a possibility. Also, you would likely continue to serve as Operations Manager as you were so recently elevated to that position. We only need a chief of staff when we have a sizeable enough staff to justify that role.
