Anyone else on here suffer from sleepless nights? This happens to me often. I quite often get no sleep and sometimes get only four hours of sleep. The latest this happened was a few nights ago.

I have been a chronic insomniac for many years now and the cause of my own restlessness is both my having a very active mind as well as being someone who is especially anxious and thus prone to the physiological effects of anxiety. These considerations are exacerbated by my having previously worked third shift for many years and my circadian rhythm not having fully readjusted. I recommend melatonin, Benadryl or even Xanax as sedatives. Environmental modifications would include ensuring that you are sleeping in a room that is cool (between 50-65 degrees F), dark and quiet.

I totally agree with you. These fucking feminine influencers all deserve the same fate and worse. They should all be thrown in fucking rikers island on the men's side and just watch how they become human prey in an instant after that they should be shipped to Mexico and put in the black palace of horrors which by the way is the worst prison in all of North America and they should stay there for twenty fucking before being shipped to Thailand where they live out their miserable existence in a Thai cell and later at the hands of those human traffickers

They do, but its only temp, I was there for a few weeks and then got told I have to leave. It will be hard getting into another one again soon since they don't allow you to hop from shelter to shelter.
