It is not easy comrade and this is a question that many of my former undergraduate students used to ask me. I will tell you what I always told them which is that the best way to eloquence-max is to immerse yourself in the writings of the great literary masters of western civilization in conjunction with spending as much time listening to highly articulate individuals engage in debates on YT. I would recommend reading works of philosophical study as a means of acquiring both a greater fluency with the English language as well as an affinity for critical and analytical thinking which will better enable you to engage with and defeat rhetorical antagonists. I am currently reading the 3,000 + page magisterial work of the English philosopher and historian Edward Gibbon, The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire which can be accessed for free via Project Gutenberg. I highly recommend texts like this and can even provide you with an annotated reading list if you would like.

In so far as elocution and actual verbal expression of ideas is concerned, that is more a function of my training as a lawyer then anything else.
