Dont get it the wrong way. I am not about to "praise" feminism. I will observe one quality that I think is one reason for their success. Obviously there are multiple reasons but I will now focus on this one.

Basically feminism has an hierarchical setting. And one reason why feminism is successful is because it has an institutional setting rather than purely grassroot or opinion based. It basically operates with a recognized hierarchy of knowledge.

While, you could say, individuals at the popular level can have freedom of interpreting feminism, you would be right but the movement itself maintains an authority center. What I mean is, sure women low level will understand feminism their own way and will hve uninformed opinions.

My point is universities academia departments and journals and established theorists are all the people who define the core concepts to be used, boundaries, terms and frames and overton window.

Yes you can have personal opinions. Hierarchy does not negates freedom of expression, feminism does allow women to interpret it whatever the fuck way they want to. They can do edgy activism or christian feminism. Whatever the fuck. But feminism has still an hierarchy.

The big idea here is uninformed opinions are not treated equally valid. A woman is told "hey go read this and that", they are expected all the time at any moment to always refer to the "correct opinion" and keep reading keep studying. Participants are expected (demanded truly) to learn the framework, learn the vocabulary and understand the internal logic of feminism. Its easy and dumbed down for the masses, but minimum you should know is: vocabulary, basic logic.

All you have to know for example is bunch of word salads like "oppression" "patriarchy" and "performative" and arrange them randomly in your conversations. And then you can think feminism is "caring about women". Or whatever the fuck dumbed down normie-level understanding. Who gives a fuck, so long you adapt to their framework youre good.

It is in this way that you get feminism, and all these dumbass shithead normie women adhere to it. The hierarchical organism enforces the conceptual standards the normies then use in their daily talking. The hierarchy marginalizes uninformed or contradictory things if it needs to do it. By doing this, feminism sustains a level of coherence despite it looks so super subjective on the surface level.
