How do I deal with loneliness and people ignoring me ?

but if you are a "cope breaker" i think you cannot have hobbies or you would contradict yourself. For example I like sewing, wood work and stuff. And I also met women thru sewing topics by the way.

But the "cope breakers" online would tell me "coope brooo COPE, life is cope, you cannot sew anything because you are incel and women matter more than your COPE".

Ok basically have no cope, have no life. And this also precludes you to meet people. Because to be cope-less you have to seclude in a tibetan cave and live isolated. I would argue your tibet BS is a real cope. I mean, I would argue your buddhism is the biggest cope in existence. But, the "cope breakers" would probably think they are the pinnacle of enlightenment anyway.

So my advice (giving advice is cope brah) is to find a hobby
