Yes and no. I believe ER in current incel community would go on lookism and would not want to identify as incel. In his times he went to lookism forums and puahate. So he would get mocked by the chadlites and elliot would make pics of himself and start doing feuds vs other forum users.

Basically same as lookism people do today. But elliot would write them telling them "youre wrong im beautiful, women dont understand me". And the other celebrities would mock him.

On incels.is elliot would have no notoriety, I believe he would complain normies invaded his life. But other than that he would not do much about it, just go to the lookismcels and start online feuds and battles.
