If it falls, Islam will become like turkey, they will LARP as muslims. Well, they already larp as muslims, but they will larp more.

I haven't had time to even pay attention to the current news cycle as I work full time, take care of a large herd of cats and help my elderly parents out at home in addition to leading the incel revolution.

These facts notwithstanding I will say that while history doesn't repeat it does instruct and I can tell you that there have been previous mass protests in Iran against the regime which reached a crescendo just a few years ago as a consequence of some random act of brutality that was inflicted upon some insolent pretentious cunt who dared to challenge the supreme laws of righteous Sharia. Those protests failed to effectuate any lasting political change as they lacked the support of the military which is closely controlled and regulated by men dedicated to the service of Allah.

The problem with Iran is primarily demographic, in that a majority of its population consists of people under 40 and as such, are more susceptible to the degenerate influence of western culture and far more likely to embrace its explicit endorsement of licentiousness, promiscuity, female supremacy, lgbtq faggatronics and all other manner of vile and despicable values that are antithetical to an honorable life of decency.

The Mullah's know that they have nothing to lose by employing very draconian measures to suppress whatever opposition does materialize as they would very likely either end up on trial in Jerusalem for alleged crimes against the jews or, I think more likely, be overrun by the disaffected and degenerate masses akin to the last days of Nicolae Ceaușescu at the end of 1989 when the Communist regime fell.
