Per the discretion of the commanding officer and in furtherance of administering justice in an equitable and judicious manner, former IBM Brother IBG is hereby demoted to the rank of probationary member, assigned the conspicuously faggoty pink user color as a warning to all others to distrust anything he says and likewise shall henceforth wear the jew badge of dishonor as a mark of shame and ignominy.

Probationary faggot IBG has been attempting to solicit personal identifying and compromising information from certain members of the leadership staff and has likewise amassed a post history which has been archived by our staff and which permits the reasonable inference that he is either an LEO (law enforcement officer) or a woman, and in either case deserving of our collective contempt.

Furthermore, this probationary faggot wasted the time of the entire headquarters staff by requesting audience with the leadership of this movement on one of our several clandestine element servers. We graciously granted his request and I offered to personally meet him/her/them on several occasions but was continuously and contemptable ignored by this foul jew or jewess.

Let it be known to all would be aspiring LEO infiltrators, be they local, state or federal in their jurisdictional purview, that you can never deceive men of such incomparable intellectual power as those who serve as the leaders of this glorious incel revolutionary movement and that your feeble attempts at infiltration shall invariably result in you being marked as an agent of the jews and afforded a faggoty pink user colored name for all to mock with righteous contempt. Apprantley badgecucks underestimate the wisdom of incels. They do not realize the true nature and extent of incel power and incel wisdom which far exceeds that of soy boys and cucks. No, that isn't the reason and for you to make such a fatuous and untruthful statement which impugns the wise and considered judgement of your commanding officer here on this thread is tantamount to both contempt of court (the Supreme Court of Incel Appeals of which I am the Chief Justice) as well as a further exercise in jewish insolence. For the benefit of the comrades who may have a false impression of my judiciousness as a consequence of the insinuations made by this Master Sergeant, I shall endeavor to explicate the multifarious reasons for his being demodded below.

1. He was admonished to refrain from engaging in conduct which constitutes "shitposting" (e.g., low quality, low effort and/or low iq content) and persisted in his shit posting to an even greater degree and with much greater zeal as he had previously undertaken. This constituted an act of deliberate, premeditated and intentional insubordination to his commanding officer and the Fuhrer of the incel movement.

2. He had been ordered to engage more consistently with these forums, particularly during my involuntary absence in the afternoons on account of my working full time. He failed to do this spectacularly and thus is deserving of further reprimand for gross incompetence and/or negligence.

3. He recently failed to attend a mandatory leadership staff briefing due to his being too severely intoxicated to even access our element server. Intoxication is a condition which one voluntarily chooses to undertake and to do so knowingly as well as despite having been severely admonished previously by myself to refrain from such conduct makes this even more intolerable.

4. Other considerations have entered into my decisional calculus but it would be indecorous of me to repeat them here in such a public venue as this as they ought to remain in strict confidence between a Master Sergeant and his Fuhrer.
