In accordance with the guidelines set forth in the official IPF protocols governing advancement and reduction in rank and per the discretion of the commanding officer but also with the consent and approbation of the full headquarters staff, Master Sergeant General Alek is hereby demoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant for gross incompetence, dereliction of duty, failure to follow orders and general stupidity.

SSG Alek has failed to attend two consecutive staff briefings, despite having been explicitly warned by me personally that he must be present for the second meeting and likewise informing him directly of the time change which was effectuated in the US last week and which was the professed reason for his initial failure to attend.

Alek has failed to follow properly constituted orders and acted with gross negligence both in not providing any direction, instruction or guidance to his subordinate in the recruitment department and likewise making crude, imbecilic comments on Slyboy's recent release of the interview I granted him, in direct contravention of precise instructions that I gave to him which commanded him to share links to our forum and make the case for joining our movement.

Finally, Alek's activity on our own forums has diminished this last week despite a further direct command to him by me to increase his presence and engagement in anticipation of increased activity.

Such insubordinate and incompetent conduct cannot and must not be tolerated within the vaunted and elite ranks of the IPF which serves as the righteous vanguard of our glorious incel revolution.

If I remember correctly, I think I was initially going to bet on him being late as well but I then revised my wager and said that I thought he would miss the meeting entirely. Let us hope that this is the last time this level of negligence happens.

But nevertheless, we need to maintain strict military, ISIS like discipline in the ranks of the IPF if we ever hope to achieve a Glorious Incel Revolution and reach escape velocity from the virtual realm of these forums. There is also a long history of insubordination, jewish insolence and gross incompetence which you are not aware of and which influenced the decision of the leadership staff. Had it not been for Alek's past service on behalf this movement, he would have been demoted all the way down to buck private a long time ago.

We appreciate all that you can do comrade as too few of our men are willing or able to expend any effort on behalf this cause which is precisely why we suffer stagnation in growth. Going forth into other incel forums, reddit, discord and even the YT comments section on videos like the one which features the interview I granted to slyboy is the best means of generating interest in and gaining publicity for our movement.
