I already answered the question of how feminists do it a dozen of times.

I mean, I already wrote essays and analyses. TLDR: feminists are organic institutions in society and we are outcast, they have funds we dont and we are moneyless, feminists have higherIQ and they dedicate to long term planning we are lacking in IQ and most think short-term, feminists reproduce their ideology we dont have an ideology we didnt even start building one, feminists expand and developed a language able to dialog with left-center-right and sometimes feminism can also influence the extremes instead our incel language is not able to spread.

Its the reverse, we do not influence politics, but politics influences us. I mean, our incel jargon was influenced by redpill, PUA, currently we are all right wingers but we dont admit it. Because we are weak, and so politics influences us. We cannot do the reverse like feminism and feminism has powers far above the ones we have now.

Also, we lack incels able to fight an academia battle. The majority of current incels is too weak. We need them much much stronger

a long term solution can only start by creating small friend groups with identical values. then others need to do the same.
otherwise i don't see any solution right now, tbh.

I have to agree that the distances in America alone make it hard for IRL meetings. With international members it make it almost impossible.

Every international coalition faces this problem, i guess. Maybe it is just a numbers game. If numbers are high enough, they will be enough for local groups to form. Right now we are way too few for that.
