Someone was given this label "autism" and then force-institutionalized by careless parents. He was given counseling and told lies by the doctors.

The kid grew up stunted and incapacitated, and the doctors blamed it all on him.

After kid developed suicide ideals, and was appropriately informed bout euthanasia, he picked the option thinking it ws his way out.
