Distance is immaterial at this stage of the process since almost all of our operations are conducted virtually and online. What matters is whether you have relevant aptitude, sufficient commitment and a capacity for creative solutions to inexorable problems, which it seems to me you do. I will be recommending your advancement to ILM Comrade status in our weekly staff meeting tomorrow.
