Managerial ideology largely emerged around 19th century, mostly to tackle issues of big corpos. And it was also praised by intellectuals, and people were used to think is a very good approach that spreads power and allow us to handle complex society.

Around 1950 manager became the symbol of modernization, and every manager was praised and business schools opened the various scam courses like MBA and university adapted opening managerial schools and economy courses that teach you no skill and youre fed life-coaching level books and pseudo-philosophy and applied sciences like maslow pyramid BS.

I purpose to reframe it. And we will call it "group coordinator".

The purpose of a group coordinator will not be to sit atop workers or enforce personal ideology, or act as a psychological authority figure who reads cosmopolitan magazine and fecesbook posts.
Their role will be equivalent of a discord moderator but with less power: facilitating communication, organize work, document concerns (without interference), coordinate meetings, moderate disputes. In other words they have to facilitate group interaction and help organizing work.

Anyone caught doing jung psychology or repeating herbalife mantras or enforcing feminism or SJW agenda, will be instantly fired. Any worker will have an app to report their coordinator. Any coordinator is held accountable in front of the law if they do any wrong accusation. A company is expected to have a law department and offer legal protection to the workers, so that anyone can articulate a lawsuit against the coordinator. If the coordinator uses jung psychology or zodiac signs or astro theology or some HORSE SHIT psychology on the worker, he or she will be fired and if theres anything that constitutes a crime or can be framed as such the coordinator will go respond in front of a tribunal for what they did.

Instead of going to university to study bullshit MBA, a coordinator has to do 5 months ethic training. Study constitution, study ethics, study freedom of speech, and then be given 1 month to memorize his company guidelines. A coordinator has to accept be subjected to post hypnotic induction, and accept to agree to the ethics principles of company.

Workers have a right to question the ethic principles, but the coordinator should be submitted to them. Coordinator will have an upper ceiling of salary 50% inferior compared to the basic worker. No coordinator has any right to interrupt a worker when he or she is speaking. Coordinator is a janitor.
