Basically, this guy works (or, worked) for CBP. Probably in Miami due to the palm trees in the background.
He injured her shoulder and was bothering her, so he got arrested. He had to call his supervisor and tell him what happened.
Meanwhile, people (including the Feds) assume us "incels" are the only social villain, and we need constant monitoring.

Yep, and the ironic thing is he's a legit Chad. Seems tall, buff, has/ had a presumably well-paying job. He himself probably operated the rectal camera on some detainees to make sure they weren't a thread, due to social media posts they made 4 years prior.
