Attention to orders men! Pursuant to the regulations set forth in the IPF's Awards Protocol doctrine and with the approval of the commanding officer, the following IPF Soldiers are hereby awarded the IPF Mission Specialist Badge Fourth Class:

The four classes of the Mission Specialist Badge are conferred upon individual soldiers who have successfully and verifiably participated in a real world IPF gathering, be it for purposes of military tactical training such as was done this last weekend or merely in furtherance of solidifying the bonds of solidarity and camaraderie that bind us all.
