I never saw any sergeants in the whole film
It's been over 15 years since I've seen that movie but any prison system that has a guard force large enough to warrant the appointment of a captain must also have sergeants and possibly even a lieutenant. When the IPF reopens Auschwitz, you and Tovarishcel will be senior SS Sergeants, if not actual lieutenants in charge of ensuring that the ovens are running continuously.

If so, it wasn't my doing. You may want to inquire over in the HQ room on element as to whether either the LT or the SFC banned him but I doubt they did. As you should know yourself, I have only ever banned one person, though I have banned him several times now for repeated faggatronics.
