It isn't merely predicated on post count comrade, as the SGT knows very well but also demonstrated loyalty to the cause, aptitude, skills and talents which an individual comrade may be able to offer us and general comportment with the ethos and spirit of our revolutionary movement. Generally speaking though, once a comrade surpasses 100 posts we give consideration to them for elevation to the ILM. Induction into the IPF is far more selective and I can discuss that with you at another time.

but its not just about the post count here
you have to have the commander's personal approval to be promoted to an IPF soldier
