If you hadn't made the slanderous and entirely false allegations which you included in your post above, then I would have not taken any issue with anything you said. However, I have not threatened to dox you nor have I threatened to kill you and for you to assert that I have is both disingenuous and ignoble.

I have been extremely lenient with you notwithstanding your innumerable indiscretions which are at the very least evidence of a willful disregard for your former responsibilities as a member of the staff and at worst prima facie evidence of your actively conspiring to commit treason against this organization. You had your day in court, just as anyone here who is accused of any form of misconduct is granted a full and open hearing wherein they are permitted to present their own defense and speak for as long as they need in order to make their case. You didn't attend this hearing and nevertheless, I insisted on appointing a representative to act as your defense counsel in accordance with due process considerations. Had the very eloquent and high IQ SFC Sumzero not been present, then I would have personally represented you and made the case as vehemently and as passionately as I could have mustered on your behalf.

For all our efforts to treat you with generosity, decency and leniency, this is how you repay us; with slanderous insinuations and a statement which can only be construed as a repudiation of your former allegiance to this esteemed organization? The jury in your own trial recommended full demotion to buck private (soldier) for you and it was only by the grace of Allah and my decision to treat you with great leniency and mercy that the court reduced you to Solider First Class so that you would still retain the highest non-staff rank in the IPF. That was not a coincidence.

Finally, I have explained every action that I have taken and decision that I have made regarding your administrative matters in lavish detail and there is no conceivable reason for you to have any ambiguity regarding the rationale and logic which has motivated these processes. I still have not seen any expression of gratitude from you to SFC Sumzero who, as I have told you several times now, had put forth great effort and summoned Fuhrer-like charisma in order to zealously defend you as the defendant. Your ingratitude is quite astounding.

Since you seem to either have forgotten the legal reasoning or are deliberately obfuscating the matter, I am going to post the ruling of the Supreme Court of Incel Appeals below once again and for the record so that anyone who comes in and reads this thread which is nothing more then a bad faith effort to complain about a system which is strongly committed to justice, will know that you were given your day in court and also a very fair and equitable hearing.

The court has convened in the absence of the defendant who, despite having been admonished to make every effort to attend this hearing, failed to present himself before the court. The prosecution was represented by CPT Darth Aurelius, J.D. and the defense was represented by SFC Sumzero. IPF Solider VH911 served as the jury, pursuant to our formal due process requirements that any member of the IPF who stands accused of wrong doing be afforded a trial by a jury of his peers.

The court found the following to be factually true:

1. The defendant has either willfully, intentionally and knowingly engaged in an act of deception by way of purporting to not have the means by which to access element or that the defendants degree of personal gross incompetence is of such a magnitude that it has prevented him from understanding basic technical processes which would be intelligible to a person of reasonable sensibilities. Based on the defendants prior experience having been similarly situated to his current predicament, the court found that intentionality can be imputed to defendant, thereby aggravating this case.

2. The defendant did willfully, intentionally and knowingly engage in acts of conspiracy to commit treason against the IPF. While these acts were not fully consummated, their efficacy was not for want of trying on behalf the defendant who had earnestly solicited the permission of known enemies of the IPF to restore him as a member in good standing to incels.is forums. The court further found that the defendant had been sternly admonished to refrain from engaging in such conduct by prior court orders and his disobedience and direct violation of these valid orders suggests a degree of insolence which rises to a level of contempt of court.

3. The court found the defendants own arguments on behalf himself to be entirely unpersuasive since, if it be presupposed that defendant had endeavored to embark upon an elaborate infiltration operation, it would have been incumbent upon him to preemptively inform superior members of the IPF command staff. Defendant cannot avail himself of the excuse that this was all in furtherance of an effort to engage in subterfuge and undermine the incels.is community after the fact.

4. The defense counsel (SFC Sumzero) did successfully petition the court for equitable redress on the basis of mitigating circumstances for the defendant which included his long and illustrious service record, his continuing engagement with the forums, his reliance on the IPF, ILM and IBM as a community for personal and emotional support and other considerations. The court thanks SFC Sumzero for having served as court appointed defense counsel for defendant and further stipulates that he performed this role with alacrity and skill notwithstanding his lack of formal legal training.

On the basis of the preceding factual considerations, the court rules that the defendant Alek shall be sentenced to a two grade demotion and shall therefore be assigned to the rank of IPF Soldier First Class. The court stipulates that if any evidence is presented of defendants continuing efforts to conspire, collude or fraternize with enemies of the IPF, this will be grounds for immediate revocation of IPF status and concomitant banishment from these forums. The defendant is advised to accept this ruling with humility and grace.
