I actually agree with this sentiment and while he had been previously reported, the individual who filed the complaint is notorious for initiating unmeritorious and frivolous claims here so I was inclined to abide and tolerate his indiscretions. But now that a man of probity, wisdom and justice such as your esteemed self as confirmed what I already suspected, we will consider deleting many of these posts and admonishing our wayward comrade to refrain from indulging in his scurrilous habits again.

Fair enough comrade and I would encourage you to emulate men such as myself and other illustrious members of our revolutionary fraternity here whose quantity of posts is matched also by the high quality and thoughtfulness of each of them. Almost every one of my more then 3,000 posts is high effort and high iq, thereby conferring much greater meaning and significance on the forum awards that I have dutifully earned.

Relapsed 3 times today.
While my conscious mind listens to thinking ape , I subconsciously watched porn and when today the content died my taste I relapsed .

I have 2 phone and 1 laptop , all of which are old. I will keep sandman memes of week on laptop , watch porn on mobile and listen to thinking ape on other phone.

Watched porn on phone while on other phone connected to earbuds on my right ear I was listening to thinking ape and in my laptop was playing sandman memes of week.

Then I lost interest in porn and focused on thinking ape abs sandman.

Probably i was interested intellectually in right ear. Subconsciously I was watching porn but listing to sandman commentary via left ear made my eyes went to see the memes.

With this approch i am creating a direct confrontation between my biology and mgtow ideology which is my identity .

Although I admit thinking ape is superior in his content than sandman but out of 3 years of being mgtow the first 2 were fully monopolized by sandman.

Hence by combining these 2 forces i am confronting my biology with ideology.

The reason why I am failing is probably because I tall or less , about 20-50 words every day.

So now I will record audiobook

I started a podcast where I will upload 1h of audio of my opinions everyday.

Today I watched porn for 1h while listening to my podcast . In the end I did not relapse and most of the time my dick was cold. Eventually I gave up on porn and listened to my podcast.

I will watch Instagram for food and cuisine vlogs only with split screen.

I had an erection . I went to my porn posture and watched Instagram food reels and it calmed down .

I will still continue to use Instagram method
