While the two are inextricably linked, I think that lack of contact is more debasing as one must contend with seeing lesser, weaker, lower iq and undeserving men constantly surrounded by adoring foids in public places and spaces. Also, validation can be derived independently of foids, through comradeship in the IPF or amongst fellow Mujahedeen of the Caliphate for example.

my few male friends and parents can validate me but that doesnt make me feel any better. Even foids complemented my intelligence and work ethic before but I know that's only because theyre subconsciously encouraging me to be a good wagecuck cog upholding society while engage in degenerate animalistic sex with chad.

Also I don't even care about validation from normies because they are mindless NPC parasites. But being deprived of female contact and sexual engagement is a literal repudiation of my manhood and genetics.
