Attention to orders men! Per the recommendation of the commanding officer of the IPF and with the concurrence of the chief of staff, ILM Comrade Sumzero is hereby inducted into the elite and venerable ranks of the Incel Protection Force (IPF) and is appointed to the position of Operations Manager. In addition to this appointment, Sumzero is also promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant (SSG) in the IPF.

The Operations Manager is a senior leadership position within our organization and will serve as the third highest ranking member of the real world Incel political movement after myself and Lieutenant PoodankMcGee. SSG Sumzero will be charged with providing leadership, direction, guidance and inspiration to the rank and file soldiers of the IPF, will help formulate our long-term strategic vision and will serve as a representative and spokesman for the movement at large alongside myself and the Lieutenant.

As always, promotion, advancement and rewards in this movement are predicated exclusively on objectively meritorious personal performance and SSG Sumzero has earned these honors only after having successfully passed through a rigorous and maximally scrupulous process of evaluation and assessment.

Henceforth, I hereby order all comrades to extend to SSG Sumzero the same honors, courtesies and deference as would be extended to other ranking staff members of the IPF.

Please congratulate our comrade on his outstanding personal achievement.
