Attention to orders men! In recognition for his long and distinguished service to the Incel movement and out of consideration for his personal loyalty, fidelity, competence and discretion, I am hereby promoting Sergeant First Class Tovarishcel to the senior non-commissioned officer rank of Master Sergeant (MSG). Tovarishcel will continue to serve in his current capacity as Senior Department Head of the Technical Services unit of the IPF.

MSG Tovarishcel has served dutifully in the HQ staff of the IPF for well over a year now, having joined our elite ranks on April 27 of last year. He has personally managed, planned and executed many vital strategic operations which have collectively served to empower and enhance the vitality of our glorious revolutionary movement.

Additionally, MSG Tovarishcel is one of the most highly decorated members of the IPF having earned some of the most distinguished and prestigious medals and ribbons as a consequence of his exceptional dedication to our cause as well as for his expert technical skills which are indispensable to the maintenance of our current operational tempo.

On this Twenty-third Day of May, St. Elliot’s Day and in the year of Allah 2025, it is so ordered.
