I think that is probably true but I would also note that this particular recruit invested far more time, effort and cognitive overhead in furtherance of contributing in a meaningful way to our online revolutionary community then any other recruit in the history of the IBM. Ergo, his accelerated advancement is commensurate with his heightened engagement.
