Gymmaxing is often seen as a cope and I can agree to that. If you think coping is bad, I dont know maybe youre some sort of buddha on the making and you dont want to cope, I can understand but lemme show you that gymmaxing is awesome even if you see it as a cope.

Spare me also the topic of "women dnt like roided up incels" which is 100% true. I would assume if you go gymcelling you already know it and you dont do it for women. If you didnt reach that stage of acceptance, then I understand if you consider everything a cope.

The reason i think gymcoping/maxing is a good idea is that its a solitary activity, most autistic incels could never do well in organized teamsports or any sort of sport that pushes you to be prosocial and interact in team dynamics. Gym appeals to people who are deeply autistic and single minded. It also appeals to those who have major schizo tendencies. You can read pumping iron for example or watch the movie, even arnold himself had these traits and he always hated to do team sports because he had to share with others his success.

You got ADHD? Well try gymcoping. Im sure it will be a cure for your ADHD brain and yuo will find a method to focus on something, you will benefit greatly from it.

Gymcoping is also something that makes you look "a menace", so you avoid direct confrontations. You dont have to be proficient in combat sports or martial arts, a suitable strategy is just be scary and a bit of a schizo and have muscles. So you will not have to fight ever again. It may be a stereotype but is true, big dudes are more feared than small dudes.

Other than that it elevates your energy levels, you will wake up in the morning feeling good for no reason. Are you a doomer? Try the gym, it can cure you. Obviously theres also health related reasons but im not a doctor and I dont want to point out the obvious.

Im saying, at least 70% of the gymbrodudes you find around are incel-adjacent or incels and they got a lot of autism. Gym is about doing repetitive exercises, planning, be consistent, focus on single goals. Its an autism booster basically. Plus, it tricks your mind and a lot of gymbros use the rhetoric of "struggle" to describe their path of gymcoping, they say they "suffer" and have that weird motivational jargon that many women and normies mock. In reality, your brain will reward you for all the "pain" the muscles endure, your brain will make you addicted to that sensation.

There is no real struggle in going to the gym, but you can trick your own mind, and believe you are a hero. Its a thing that works 100% especially when you surround with other men who share the same delusion/cope (how you would call it).

So, I would say it has zero downsides, all positive things. And please spare me with lookism nonsense, as you can clearly see I didnt even consider women part of the equation. I already assume it wont matter how big you are. I dont care. Im speaking in the perspective of the incel.
