From my observations height is controlled by eating meats and facial robustness is controlled by eating carbs/sugar

I don't believe race affects bone structure as much as people believe. It affects, but dieting when growing up and posture affect even more. And what you can see in lots of asians is that they have this robust bone structure with a skull that has the aspect of a box, especially when they are poor and have shitty stature. I've always noticed this too, that people with strong bone structure in the face tend to have not very impressive glutes, and I think it's because their diet is not optimized for it.

People who are more carnivore growing up, not necessarily have strong facial bone structure, but are tall. In fact often they have a boneless face. The Dinkas from South Sudan are some of the tallest if not the tallest on earth, and they have a narrow face with huge stature. They mainly eat meat, since in their culture you marry based on how many oxzes and cows you have. When the Dutch ate potatoes they were short, after they became carnivore they became the tallest in the world.

So if you have children and you wanna maximize his development, you gave focus in giving him both carbs and proteins. Carbs are actually more important for face.

Raw sugar damages the teeth, but stuff like white rice is pretty much equivalent to sugar. You can focus on rice, noodles and fruits for this.
