I made girls uncomfortable today

I had a long day at work today and was also put on doing medicine deliveries on the ebike they have at work (I get extra paid for that and love when I get to do it since all the money can help me) Anway it was super cold in the minus degrees so I was wearing a lot of layers including a balaclava so only my eyes were visible.
I worked untill closing time and by the end I could not feel my toes anymore so I decided to take the bus to the library instead of walking.
I did not take my balaclava off and still wore it, when I got to the busstop a group of around 4 girls was sitting there, I sat on one of the two benches on the other side then them. They fell silent and started whispering and getting closer to each other and further away from me. At one point when 3 were about to leave the other begged them to stay and not leave her alone for the last minute before the bus was going to arrive.
This time I may have looked a bit skeptical due to only my eyes being visible but I found this a little funny tbh
