Retarded ass employee from the butcher shop

A little bit of background, when it comes to buying meat my family follows religious dietary restrictions they don't eat meat unless it is halal. While I myself don't care at all about halal or haram. I will eat any type of meat/food don't care at all if its halal or not everyone else in my family actually gives a shit. Because of this we get our meat from a halal butcher. For the past five years we have been going to this new halal butcher as the old one we went to was getting super expensive due to inflation as well as our financial situation. Unfortunately we appear to be going more broke as the years go by. But anyway this particular butcher shop has a retarded ass employee who works there. He always messes up our order and the dumb fuck later denies it saying it wasn't his fault.

I ask for mutton (goat) cut into small pieces he gives me one full goat leg
I ask for lean ground beef he gives me ground beef with fat
gives me a whole chicken when I tell him too cut it into small pieces
gives me less ground beef than what I asked of him. I asked for eight pounds he gives me four pounds
One time I picked up my order and then later on in the day he spams my phone with calls saying I didn't pick up my order when I did. I came up to him and asked him if it was ready he told me no and they would start working on it soon. He makes my order from scratch not realizing he prepared and exact same order for me before and then forgets.
Dumb ass retard won't admit to his own mistakes.
