I'm not sure. but i think i noticed once that the site is indeed protected by cloudflare. but even if it's not, no one bothered us yet.

It's possible, but I haven't seen anything yet. I'd have to read up on how to check it and whether it even exists. I don't know much about it, but with current technology, I can find such things quickly.
