If you haven't yet read it, I would strongly recommend the book "Milestones" (also rendered in English as "Signposts" by the late, great Sayyid Qutb who himself was one of the founders of the Muslim Brotherhood. This edifying and righteous text gives some historical and philosophical context to the need to create a pure Islamic theocracy so as to create a bastion against the encroachment of the degeneracy of the west. Many thanks for this Captain. I have seen it oft quoted, and have read excerpts of it but never got round to reading the full book. I will read it soon.
