I purchase chinese goods since some years on alibaba temu and aliexpress.

Here my exp with their products: I purchase mostly inexpensive junk and tools i know I will break. I get very inexpensive bits for multitools and I found that the hardened drill bits are the longer lasting ones. Drillbits from dewalt would ask premium price for getting the ones hardened. I also bought some tools and I favor chinese goods for inexpensive heat gun for example. because major brands like dewalt are also made in china. What I dont trust instead is drill presses from china or goods too big to be packed well. They have to travel thru continents so I dont trust the packaging very much.

I found the chinese metals are mostly shit tier. Except when they buy some steels from sweden. The nibs i got from china are all bad. I still use the ones from japan. Inks from china are decent but not exceptional. All manga equipment is subpair.

The products I find good are the daily utility items, they cost little. Stuff like elastics or nail clippers or glass cleaner or little shits you would pay 5 bucks on aliexpress cost half. I bought also a pocket saw for 1.26 bucks branded "airaj" and it performs stunningly I can even compare it with the silky japan saw and is not bad for the price.

All shipments came to my door in approx 10-15 days. Its the avg. No package was missing, all arrived. I got only 1 scam when I bought a set of handles for knives but it arrived only 1 instead of 2 as advertised.

Overall Im fine with aliexpress I also acquired enough trust to spend more bucks on it. For instance I got myself a shuntu binocular so now I can do bird watching like our friend incel in this forum.

A category of items I do recommend are these torchlights, they are pretty powerful. Also chinese batteries are good. A type of item I would not recommend is any metal except titanium products.

Electronics from china is OK. I cant complain they gt a ton of good headphones and in ear. Optics from china is good quality. I mean lenses, prisms that sort of stuff is OK. General tools are decent but I personally avoid to purchase drill because I rely on it the most and i rather spend the overprice from some famous brand. But consumables from china are absolutely good. Textile items and leather is shit tier. I find that if you purchase from spain you spend less and the quality is higher too. Measuring tools are bad, they are imprecise all of them.
Batteries are all real. Instead memory cards tend to be fake.
