I interpret Apple (company of consumer electronics) as a platonist republic. There is an hierarchical system organized around access of abstract ideals that we can call "forms" and is going to be mediated by "the elites" lets call them that way. There is going to be a ritualized language and aesthetics that sustain a super sharp division between "those who understand" and "the normies".
The division of labor is also sharp, anyone has "a role" instead of "a job" they are a role in the personality. Its also shown by studies on the subject of perception of self in corporate environment, normies are more likely to identify as a part of a whole in the apple hierarchy than in any other company.
Apple also achieves what is probably the highest number of pairings of men and women who reproduce the company itself, they get up to 22% of apple-couples, it means you go work for apple the chances you meet an apple girl are high, very high because 22% is very big number.
Well, in plato ideas in a nutshell TLDR you get forms and particulars. The apple hierarchy is similar, they have an ideal of apple that exists as an abstract concept of "progress" or "simplicity" or "elegance" or "seamlessness" or "intuitive".
