Is it just me or why aren’t my likes/dislikes buttons working?

Okay so, you know that one button you click that gives you options like a thumbs up, thumbs down, and a laughing face. Well it isn’t working for me. Did someone disable it for me? Or is it just a glitch?
Is it just me or why aren’t my likes/dislikes buttons working?

Tovarishcel informed the command HQ that they are temporarily down
He should be able to fix it soon
