I wish I could stop thinking about females but cannot, I want them removed from my head, can anybody recommend any books or even knowledge on how I can cope or do this?

As a particularly circumspect comrade has already suggested above, meditation would be a highly efficacious means of reducing your thoughts concerning fodis, though it admittedly requires some rather considerable effort and training. A more easily acquired mental and conceptual framework that I can recommend and which works for me is to conceive of all the aspects of foids that make them savage, primal animalistic beasts such as their need to defecate, urinate, unleash foul gas from their fat asses and eventually whither away into feeble old age and decrepitude. Such thoughts provide me with great satisfaction, consolation and enhance my manly, Mujahedeen-like restraint (from raping foids that is).

Nothing truly works you just have to learn to deal with it, I get burts of thoughts about foid here and there just dnr and move on

Do you have philosophical or moral misgivings about rape comrade? I only ask as a point of mere curiosity, since I have yet to encounter anyone else here or anywhere in the incelosphere who shares similar such inhibitions.

I feel rape is wrong on many levels, but still do not like the majority of females from the way they have mistreated/rejected me. I can acknowledge a principled opposition to rape such as you have articulated though I think that the argument in support of it is very similar if not indistinguishable from the arguments in support of exterminating jews wherever they can be found. In essence, it is the concept of righteous retribution against a class of people whose conduct, mannerisms and cumulative invidious effect on the world is so intolerable that it warrants such affirmative reprisals. This is all the more pronounced for incels who must suffer the consequences of the capriciousness and arbitrariness of young whores who denigrate us whilst simultaneously giving themselves to unworthy brutes.

I took the time to clearly articulate my points in response to a very peculiar and unpopular position which you advocated for and now you have the audacity to betray your brothers here?
