Interesting I was always conflicted about ER.

Here one of his messages, ER admits people who dont look good get puss. This is something his admirers often dont want to consider.
In his lookism community he was mocked repeatedly, so ER decided to call himself "a hidden gem among pebbles". If you dont know lookism culture, basically they are men who try to look good and they do "mogging battles" with one another. They want to be the best looking man around.
When someone like ER joined them, they mocked him repeatedly and called him "incel", meaning a pussyless loser. ER replied to them with anger, making a mockery of himself, pretending to be the best looking man in the world. "Women dont understand how good I look". And for a time it became the meme of a deluded person who thinks highly of himself and cannot accept hes incel.
ER also famously rejected incel identity, he protested, he said he isnt incel, its women who dont see his beauty.
Later, much later. Some incels started to identify with ER, obviously they conveniently discard all the ER messages where he makes a mockery of himself, pretends to be good looking, or when ER admits that people he deems "ugly" get pussy all the time. If his admirers admitted that ugly people get pussy, half their assumptions would crumble, half their righteousness would go down the toilet.
If the admirers of ER admit it, that lookism culture is bullshit, then they lose at least 80% of their current righteousness. Which is why they will never admit it. And they will conveniently skip all the parts of ER quotes where ER himself admits lookism is bullshit. They are like bible argument people, select limited materials, forget to mention the materials that do not validate their assumptions.
