Cooking cope

I've dabbled in all kinds of copes to find one that most effectively gets me through the day and although cooking can be a high cortisol activity if you have annoying family members or time restrictions it generally tends to be a very good cope because when it finally goes right the end result is good food that you wouldn't be able to get anywhere else without sacrificing unreasonable amounts of money or quality. I also like to imagine I'm putting a jew in an oven whenever I bake something.
