Incel is someone who can get an erection and is suffering due to lack of sexual opportunities.

If someone cannot ejaculate hes not an incel by definition because he cannot derive sexual pleasure anyway.

In the SJW community they call them asexual or aromantic or they invented a giant amount of labels. We call them "doomer" because we have no other terminology at the moment.
