If I was Patrick Krusis - the El Paso Walmart shooter

I would walk four minutes to the Owlwhores location (Hooters) and unleash my mujahideen style rage there.

Upon doing research and examining the distance between the El Paso Walmart and the closest Hooters its only a four minute walk and Patrick Krusis should shot up the owlwhores he could have waited until 12pm when it opened and committed a rampage that actually deserved to happen instead of targeting hispanics.

Owlwhores are a demographic worthy of slaughter and utter annihilation.

Why didn't he shoot up the owlwhores?

I would have walked two minutes and went to the Owlwhores.
