I (and you) fully enjoyed Covid. And I'm tired of pretending otherwise

It always makes me snicker or roll my eyes everytime someone in the news or anywhere talks about how "awful" Covid was, or how they are hoping that hantavirus doesn't become something similar.

Here's something that everyone thinks, but no one is saying: A lot of people loved the freedom Covid gave, and how society and its expectations were frozen. It was like a Diet Zombie Apocalypse.

I think pretty much everyone hungers for zombies, aliens, the asteroid, another pandemic, or some other disaster. That's because the world we were born into sucks, and anything that disrupts it is a welcome change.

(Newsanchor) "Oh no! The numbers of hanta-covid 26 are up! The country's all shut down. Isn't that horrible."
