yes they would. At some point touching your dick would give you a slight irritation and to re-learn the porn activation you would have to force yourself thru porn again, and have multiple orgasms to rebuild the pathways your brain already learned and all the habits.
However I dont follow nofap, i just happned to have lived the situation. I stopped porn for 5 days and I also stopped the need for it, so to start again costed me some habituation
