On behalf of the HQ staff and with the approval and consent of the senior leadership of the IPF, Kubizek is hereby promoted to the rank of Soldier First Class and is likewise inducted in to the elite and venerable ranks of the IPF. In addition to this promotion, Soldier First Class Kubizek is appointed to the staff position of Personnel Specialist where he will provide vital technical and administrative assistance to the commanding officer and chief of staff regarding promotion protocols and recommendations for ribbons/decorations.

Well that is going to also depend on your recommendation, the lieutenants approval and possibly a proper interview, especially if he is going to be invited to join the HQ staff on a more regular basis. We will have to decide these matters in the next few days and will take in to serious consideration his performance and your assessment as his immediate supervisor.

Well this is why you need to make sure that you are not so drunk as to be passing out before our staff briefing starts comrade sergeant. We need you to be present to consult on matters pertaining to your own department which is one of the largest and most important in our entire organization. As department head, you will have to attend briefings from now on and be ready to report the status of your operations to the rest of the staff.
