According to modern women if she's wearing revealing clothing and I look at her or stare they consider that rape which is just false actual rape is when you put your hands on a woman and do things to her sexually that she doesn't want to do that's what rape is but modern women are so retarded they can't even tell the difference between a guy looking at a woman in revealing clothing and actually putting your hands on somebody I understand that the woman if the guy is not attractive to her it would feel uncomfortable for the woman if the guy is staring or looking but what the retard has to understand is that the guy has sexual feelings regardless of if she thinks he's attractive or not he thinks she's attractive so he's going to look and he's going to stare.
