Having tried to gather as many incels as possible in my .is days, which at some point had dozens of incels directly verified from incels.is. By the time all that was over, no one was left. The twisted reality is that most incels don't really appreciate a truly incel space. Also many members I had were found to be homosexual, animal abusers and having even gone on dates. It was disturbing unraveling it all, seeing that there were so few authentic incels.

Fakecels and normie infiltrators are a real issue within incel groups. I notice they have a correlation with making posts claiming they are truecels without actually going into detail about what makes them that and explaining real life incidents.

The rampant racism the users would use to divide the group, turning the minority races off from wanting to participate understandably.

I've promoted multiple events for incels to take part in but only very few times were they actually carried out. Most incels don't actually seem to want to hang out as much as their posts say so till this day. It probably has a lot to do with the lack of trust due to how toxic and insensitive incels can be towards one another due to the growing bitterness within all incels that is projected unto one another. The lack of trust may have started when infiltrators normies who larp as incels who are notorious for stirring conflict within.

I've noticed that this forum does try to promote events but I notice the signs I saw in my groups I saw struggle with.
You can't find more members if you isolate other races. Notice there's a good chunk of white supremacy. It should be kept to one self. You will open more doors for new members if you just chip away at that.

They don't explicitly try to prevent users from expressing their pride for their race but they subtly discourage through rules to prevent race division. However their tight rules also can be used to frame users which was done to completely genocide a large chunk of their userbase without question of proof.

Incels.is also got right the lack of importance of ranks. It seems that this community puts importance in ranks. This is a surefire way to have conflict and abuse of power.

I notice also that users here are promoted to haze one another. There are some large threads with the aim and focus of hazing users. You may think you are serving justice but in reality its just encouraging users to turn on one another at any moment given time. Things like that should be dealt privately between the moderators/admins and the regarded user.
When hosting groups back then, it was a death sentence to the group if it meant publicly trying to bring petty unnecessary issues to light. The only reason why it should be mentioned for all to see is that it affects every or most users or requires urgency to notice.

A key thing to note is that behind the scenes many have social networks. Offending one user means potentially offending dozens of other users. This was also one of the reasons for my groups inability to take off. I had users who had romantic experiences who bragged about it openly. Understandably such users were exiled. But this created grudges even within other incels, which I till this day do not understand. Incels trying to defend other men who aren't incels.

Well balanced incel groups are generally a fantasy but if its made most of the problems will come from within. The importance of having a place for incels to call home is crucial.

The only reason why incels.is can stay alive is because of the lack of competition and the constant stream of new users and appeasement and closing of one eye towards very obviously normie fakecel users who make a sizeable chunk of their community.

In the end most incel communities lose their identity in favor of popularity and being well-received. Expanding of the community will not work unless you are willing to drop all of what a decent incel community stands for. Don't focus on appealing to the masses, learn to cherish the smaller community.

And yes it did come from a place of good intent. There's really not many places aside from incels.is to visit as an incel. I was trying to give an unbiased first impression.

It's often a good sign of a forum when those in charge are willing to interact within the community to take in considerations for future improvements to be made.

Incels.is does have a cold sense of connection between the users and moderators. The moderators there are treated as if demi gods to peasants. This forum should take advantage of incel.is areas of weaknesses such as these to improve the reputation and integrity of the forum.

This forum could be in good hands after all if the trajectory of the forum continues in this way.

I try to make time for anyone who gives serious thought to the status of our forums and how we might be able to make improvements. Your own constructive criticisms were both edifying and insightful but even if they hadn't been, I would have responded as best I was able to.

As you adroitly observe, the moderation staff on .is consists of individuals who treat their members with haughty condescension and act as though they are intrinsically superior by virtue of their admin or moderator status. Fat Link (Stephen Gauthier of Ossineke, MI) is particularly notorious for this egregious behavior and is rightly regarded with contempt by those of us who have personally witnessed his duplicitous and hypocritical ways (simping for his e-whore selkie girl whilst simultaneously banning honorable men of Islamic piety such as myself and LT McGee for advocating on behalf an incel movement).

We do have outstanding leadership here at this site and I have personally vetted each of the individuals who serve on our staff. Anyone who ever applies for admittance to the venerable and elite ranks of the HQ staff must pass through an evaluation process which includes submitting a written statement of interest and undergoing a committee style interview on voice chat. Each candidate is thoroughly scrutinized for any signs of disloyalty to the cause of incel liberation and is consistently held accountable to a high standard of personal and professional excellence. We do not countenance nepotism or any other abuses of power and anyone who engages in this sort of behavior will be subject to an internal investigation and, if the facts support the allegation, will be reprimanded and in all probability, be removed from their position. Accountability and personal responsibility are essential to maintaining the respect and loyalty of the comrades here.

Finally, while I agree with you that this forum is far superior to .is or any other virtual place or space in the incelosphere, our perennial and most inexorable problem has been and continues to be, low forum activity and a concomitantly low level of engagement from amongst those who visit and lurk here on our site. Since you seem to have a great many helpful suggestions and since I am running out of options, I would like to ask if you have any ideas on how we might increase the popularity of this site especially by way of acquiring publicity and/or notoriety.
