Normies have told us since day 1 that
we should be disciplined and create habits.

What is true is that it works but only short term.

Truth is that it's more about having the ability
to have blinders on and making "it accessible."
Whether it be studying or exercising.

Normies try to profit via self-improvement books
talking highly of discipline and habits.

In reality humans are wired to do what takes the least effort.

Yet they say that discipline and habits are sustainable when in fact they require high amount of strain to the brain.

Naturally habits also fall into the category of
the unpleasant. Hence why it needs to be made into a habit.
To do something that needs to be done.

But what if we reject the notion of what normie and society has agreed on? Not only can we apply the idea of
how humans take the path of least resistance combined
with focusing on changing our environment and state to ensure the work gets done in the movement and in our lives but also potentially allowing us to be sustainable in the future to come mentally without as much brain drain.
