While I think they are cut from the same psychopathological cloth so to speak and share many similar attributes, I would personally consider mlc to be far worse.

Eremetic was at least capable of engaging in an intelligible conversation when he wasn't raging against those whom he was envious of or spiteful towards. Mlc is quite literally someone whom I regard to be nearly mentally retarded and probably does actually qualify as an person with intellectual disabilities based on the severe physical beatings and ass rapings he received from his dad when he was a young lad.
