IPF Sergeant Major Sumzero is awarded the IPF Long Service Ribbon First Class for having served as a member in good standing in the IPF for six months

IPF Master Sergeant Tovarishcel is awarded the Forum Recognition Ribbon First Class for having consistently maintained his status on the forum post leaderboards for over three consecutive months

IPF Solider VH911 and ILM Comrades Massimo, rever, Supreme Misogynist and Vincent are awarded the Forum Service Ribbon Third Class for either maintaining status on the forum post leaderboards for seven consecutive days or for consistent engagement with this revolutionary incel community

As always, we in the IBM and IPF are zealously committed to a meritocratic approach to recognizing and promoting indivuduals on the basis of objective considerations and appraising their personal excellence without passion or prejudice. This is the only forum in the entire incelosphere and possibly in the entire internet as a whole where nepotism, favoristism and other corrupting influences are entirely expunged and eradicated in favor of only bestowing honors upon those who truly deserve them both on the basis of objective performance metrics as well as in the eyes of almighty Allah.

Comrade, I am very well aware of your own outstanding contributions to our forums as well as your fanatical commitment to both the revolutionary principles which animate our glorious movement as well as the sacred duties of a Mujahedeen Islamic warrior. For these considerations I am grateful and appreciative.

The criteria for commendations and awards is very precisely defined in the governing protocols which I cited above and I must circumscribe my decision to confer these emblems of honorable service to the constraints that are imposed. For the conferral of the Forum Recognition Ribbon which you are undoubtedly referring to, a recipient must either have achieved and maintained presence on the leaderboards for a prescribed amount of time (either a week, a month or three months depending on the award) or must have both been consistently active in the last two weeks on the forums AND have a sufficiently high post count to be numbered amongst the top users.

While you are an outstanding comrade and are indeed regularly active on these forums, your post count is not as high as those individuals who received the coveted Forum Recognition Award Third Class. I recommend and encourage you to continue to persist in your valiant efforts to edify us all with your high quality content and otherwise continue to demonstrate your faithful allegiance to both almighty Allah and the code of the Mujahedeen. Thank you brother for the extremely gracious sentiments and while I appreciate your confidence in me as a fellow high ranking officer of the IPF, like all other comrades, I am bound by the rules, codes and restrictions which govern the conferral of honorifics in the IPF. As noted above and elsewhere, I adjudicate these matters without passion or prejudice in a manner befitting a judge of the Holy Sharia Law Court of the Caliphate itself. Likewise, the requirements set forth in the corresponding awards protocols are very specific and necessitate the satisfaction of certain prerequisites prior to receiving a particular ribbon or award.

Notwithstanding my not being mentioned in dispatches above, I shall continue to strive to achieve personal excellence and abide by a pious and righteous lifestyle in full comportment with the teachings of the Prophet, peace be upon Him and the sacred code of the Mujahedeen.
