So basically, some guy was sending supplies to Iran, despite sanctions. He used front companies to do so, and his activities ran through 2023.

Earlier, Darth said he sympathized with Iran, and may have even tried contacting them to collaborate in some way. The Feds likely caught wind of this. If Darth sent/ promised to send any form of aid to Iran, or promised to promote their propaganda here, that was likely all the FBI needed to snatch him up.

The way these trials go, if he is Federally indicted, we may not hear of it until 2027 or 2028. Assuming the entire matter isn't sealed.

Darth also seemed to grow over-confident with some of the things he said on here. He probably let his guard down and communicated with an undercover informant posing as an Iranian agent.
