However, most of these people aren't really in touch with the rank-and-file inceldom. For example, Lamarcus is rarely active on .IS, and tends to simp for foids on Twitter instead.

.cafe ended because the creator was incompetent, and also felt estranged from the site because he wanted it to be a 'support group' and not a 'hateful' incel space. As a result, he began co-operating with Fat Link. Eventually, with Fat Link's encouragement, he made a retarded member named Fire into a moderator, and this alienated most of the site and caused the lead moderator to resign.

He then gave up and took down the site, hoping that someone would buy it from him. But since he had already ruined the site beforehand, nobody made any serious offers.

The site rose to prominence because of its incel moderators, not because of the admin, who had no idea what he was doing.
