Policies on postmaxxing in the forums

After due deliberation and consultation amongst the senior staff of the IBM, it has been decided that we will permit users to postmaxx in certain designated areas of these forums which at present only includes the "Psych Ward" sub-forum located in the IBM general fora. While low quality, low IQ and low effort content will be permitted in furtherance of achieving more advanced forum user status as denoted by our star system which corresponds with post count, official ribbons and awards are only eligible to those individuals who achieve high post count status by consistently producing high quality content. We always strive to ensure that the ranks, awards and decorations which are bestowed upon deserving comrades are earned through genuine merit, lest they be debased in their fundamental integrity.
