But that raises the question: If *I* had a travel flag, causing me to be seized upon re-entry to the US, why wasn't *this* fucker detained? And is his father, who didn't cooperate with police efforts, going to face charges?? He had to get that gun somewhere, because he sure as fuck wasn't supposed to have one.

He did have a 72-hour hold at one point, though I'm not sure if he had continuing monitoring, if the FBI was watching him to any meaningful level, if his father had a subsequent visit to verify the guns were not accessible, etc.

I am sick and tired of these amateurish mass shootings, they represent nothing and only hurt random people. The mass shooter is a failed guerilla let-alone assassin, they possess the sense-perception that something is wrong, yet they lack specificity, coherence and discipline to actualize this anomie in a way which is conducive to actual resistance. They focus their efforts on the masses with no true motive, the fact these almost always culminate on a religious institution or school shows their true character, despite their willingness to throw their lives away on a one-way ticket, they attack the vulnerable and seemingly unarmed elements of society. Not only does this reflect cowardice, it showcases a lack of ideological and martial discipline to target roving or dynamic targets, they showcase a complete lack of operational art in attacking fixed installations of people whom go through life regularly. Because it is so easy to just exercise violence on a institution or gathering of randoms it shows their laziness in operational planning. How can one confront their willingness to forgo this life they are given while also making it the most pathetic display imaginable? They play pretend warrior against the helpless yet if they even deign to make war against a superior opponent they crumble and retreat psychologically at this prospect. Why? You already consigned your life to death. Why don't you take this resignation towards life and make it into an example of heroism and willpower against all odds? It makes me sick. These cowardly incoherent scum lack anything indicative of true fighters, they stand on nothing and inherit abyss.
